To participate consumers scanned the on-pack QR code sticker. Once on the offer site, they were authenticated (to reduce fraud) and registered for the offer. Consumers then could submit an image of their receipt showing the purchase of at least one participating product.
This offer was promoted on-package at select retail locations nationwide.
The receipt was submitted and validated in real time and upon validation they received their $2.00 rebate payment instantly via PayPal/Venmo (dependent on their selected payment method).
